Project Details: Designed using the PPP model for the city of Petropavlovsk in northern Kazakhstan, this project encompasses the construction and maintenance of a multidisciplinary hospital. The city hospital covers a total area of 15 hectares with an enclosed area of 90,218.36 m². It features 22 operating theaters and a total capacity of 625 beds. The campus includes parking spaces for 291 vehicles indoors and 117 vehicles outdoors, as well as a helicopter landing pad. The hospital has 27 outpatient clinics. With its modern and spacious design, the hospital aims to provide the highest standards of service to both its employees and patients, featuring hygienic double rooms, clean and airy social areas, and various amenities. The project also includes conference halls, cafes, restaurants, and children’s play areas, ensuring comfort and convenience for staff as part of their work-life balance. The project is characterized by its modern and functional design, offering high standards in healthcare services.
